When booking, we will take de 20% of the total which Hill be discounted from the bill when paid. 50 € deposit for possible damages returned when holydays finish.

Minimum dwelling: two days.

In case of giving in the apartment in bad conditions, 40€ of the deposit will be discounted for final cleaning.

SPECIAL DWELLING:

There is the possibility of apartment renting for months between September and May.
